The Three-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) 2025 at Nehru College of Pharmacy, inaugurated on March 27th, 2025, marks a significant step in fostering academic excellence and professional development. Organized by the Faculty Development Unit of NCP in collaboration with the Academic Staff College, KUHS, the event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Rajasree R S, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at KUHS, Dr. R. Sajith Kumar, Professor Emeritus at the NMC Nodal Centre for Faculty Development, and Dr. Dileep K J, Chairperson of the Board of Studies at KUHS. Dr. D. Vijayakumar, Principal of NCP, and Dr. R. Gowri, Director of Research-Accreditation & Rankings,along with many other distinguished resource persons were also present. This initiative aims to support faculty development through knowledge-sharing and skill enhancement, contributing to academic growth and excellence.
